Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unopened and in original condition.
Eligibility: Unopened items in original packaging returned within 30 days of delivery.
Digital products: Because of the nature of digital delivery, digital downloads and app purchases are non-refundable.
Membership subscriptions: You may cancel your Explorer Club subscription at any time from your account.
